Ready-to-acquire pieces are unique handcrafted works currently available in our collection.

Bespoke commissions are created specifically for individual clients and may include custom designs, dimensions, colors, decorative treatments or artistic concepts developed in collaboration with the client.

Availability, pricing, production timelines, shipping arrangements and payment terms are discussed and confirmed individually before an order is finalized.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our work, minor variations in color, texture, dimensions and finish are a natural characteristic of each piece and contribute to its uniqueness.

Custom-made or commissioned works are generally non-refundable once production has commenced.

If a shipment arrives damaged, customers should notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label.

Orders are fulfilled and shipped from locations within the European Union.
